Shipping policy

At Ps Its Vintage, I value your shopping experience and want to ensure you are well-informed about my shipping process. Please review the shipping policy below:

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Import Duties and Taxes

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are your responsibility as the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. I send all orders with Royal Mail via Special Delivery by 1pm. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available. If you haven't received your order within 10 days of the shipping confirmation, contact us at sales@psitsvintage.co.uk with your name and order number.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Some carriers have limitations on shipping to P.O. Boxes. Please check carrier policies for more information.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

I accept returns up to 14 days after delivery for unused and undamaged items. For damaged items, email sales@psitsvintage.co.uk with your order number and a photo for assistance.
